Thank you for shopping with Miftahi Wellness. We are committed to delivering your wellness products safely and on time.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (India) We ship across India via our logistics partner. A flat shipping fee of ₹100 is applied to all domestic orders. Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations including the UAE, USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, France, Singapore, and more. A flat shipping fee of ₹1,000 INR is applied to all international orders. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

Delays While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or customs clearance for international orders. Miftahi Wellness is not liable for delays beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at zeeshanqueen786@gmail.com so we can raise a claim with our logistics partner.
